Covid-19 Pandemic Support

We are open for business during the current situation. We always observe social distancing rules and expect our clients to do the same.

Wherever possible we will work on client computers remotely. Where there is a need to take a machine away for service or repair we will return the device fully disinfected and wrapped. Wherever possible we will use doorstep drops to return equipment.

We have seen an increase in homeworkers needing assistance with speed issues on their computers. Also, an increase in the number of reports of Virus and Malware infections. We will provide whatever support we can to assist.

We have also seen an increase in the need to provide WIFI or cabled networking to remote buildings or garden offices.

There is an increasing awareness by some that they have offices and commercial buildings which are unattended. We have installed CCTV with remote viewing very quickly in order to give peace of mind and some security to our clients.
